CEO/CFO
Ed is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of C-suite leadership experience spanning finance, operations, asset management, and strategic growth. As Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term value creation. Ed also serves as CFO of LyonJay, Director of Asset and Property Management at Hudson Oak, and President of Swamp Fox Capital.

Association Manager
A Greenville, SC native, Rebekah joined the team after spending four years in banking, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and financial operations. She enjoys helping residents, learning new processes, and creating organized procedures that improve efficiency and support both homeowners and community managers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, training her dogs, and taking on new challenges that allow her to continue learning and growing.

Hayley is a Senior Property Accountant with a passion for organization, problem-solving, and helping people. She enjoys making complex financial processes simpler and believes great service starts with strong relationships and open communication. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Craig, tackling home design projects, exploring new places, and making memories with family and friends.
